It applies to this website, to the Groze platform, and to anyone who contacts AI DigitalGen through any of its channels. Where this policy says "the Company", it means AI DigitalGen — the entity named above, which is accountable for everything described here. ## 1. Who is responsible for your data AI DigitalGen is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Questions, requests and complaints can be sent to [sales@aidigitalgen.in](mailto:sales@aidigitalgen.in) or to the postal address at the top of this page, and are answered within 30 days. ## 2. What the Company collects **If you are a business using the Groze platform:** - Your name, business name, email address and phone number - Your login credentials — passwords are stored encrypted and are never readable by the Company - Billing details you provide at checkout (see section 4 on payments) - The leads and customer records you or your website visitors enter into the dashboard - Usage data — which features you open, and when **If you are a visitor to a website using Groze:** - Whatever you type into a chatbot or lead form — typically name, phone, email and your enquiry - Which pages you viewed and where you arrived from - Approximate location derived from your IP address (city level, not precise) The Company does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and does not ask for sensitive categories of data such as health records, biometrics or government ID numbers. ## 3. Why the Company uses it - To operate the Groze platform and deliver the services you signed up for - To send the lead alerts, follow-ups and reports you have switched on - To take payment and issue invoices - To provide support when you contact the Company - To measure which marketing brings enquiries, so the Company and its clients can spend budget sensibly - To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations in India AI DigitalGen does not sell personal data, and does not share it with anyone for their own independent marketing. ## 4. Payments — how card details are handled Payments are processed by **Razorpay Software Private Limited**, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. When you pay, your card number, CVV, UPI PIN and net-banking credentials are entered directly on Razorpay's own secure interface. **AI DigitalGen never sees, receives, transmits or stores your card or UPI credentials.** The Company receives only confirmation of whether the payment succeeded, the amount, and the billing name and contact details needed to raise your invoice. Advertising and measurement — Meta and Google This website uses the **Meta Pixel** and **Meta Conversions API**, plus **Google Analytics 4** and **Google Ads** tags, to measure how its advertising performs. These record events such as page views, form submissions and enquiries, and send them to Meta and Google in a form that identifies a browser or device rather than you by name. Where the Conversions API sends contact data for matching, it is hashed before transmission — Meta receives an irreversible fingerprint, not a readable email or phone number. If you submit an enquiry through a **Meta lead ad** on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes the details you entered to AI DigitalGen so your enquiry can be answered. Meta processes this under its policy at [facebook.com/privacy/policy](https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/), and Google under [policies.google.com/privacy](https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can opt out of personalised advertising in your [Meta ad settings](https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=ads) and [Google ad settings](https://adssettings.google.com). ## 6. Everyone else who processes this data AI DigitalGen uses the processors below. Each handles only what it needs to perform its function, and none is permitted to use the data for its own purposes. Razorpay Software Private Limited — Payment processing Name, email, phone and billing details you enter at checkout. Card and UPI credentials are entered on Razorpay's own secure interface and are never seen, transmitted or stored by us. Used to understand traffic and measure campaigns. [Their privacy policy →](https://supabase.com/privacy) Twilio — WhatsApp and SMS delivery Phone numbers and message content, only where needed to deliver the WhatsApp alerts and automated replies you have enabled. Where data is stored, and for how long Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Some processors above operate servers outside India; where data is transferred internationally it is done under the safeguards those providers maintain. How your data travels and stays protected: Step 1 Lead comes in From your chatbot, lead form, WhatsApp, email inbox or Facebook/Instagram ads. Step 2 Sent securely Encrypted the moment it leaves the visitor — travels over HTTPS/TLS, never in the open. Step 3 Stored in your private vault Saved in your own isolated space. Database-level rules mean no other business can ever see your leads. Step 4 Only you & your team Role-based logins decide who sees what. Your data is yours — export or delete it anytime. Encrypted in transit & at rest Walled-off per business (RLS) Card details never touch us — handled by Razorpay You own your data — export or delete anytime - **Account data** — kept while your account is active, deleted within 90 days of closure - **Leads in your dashboard** — kept until you delete them or close the account - **Invoices and payment records** — kept as long as India tax law requires, currently 8 years - **Website analytics** — retained for up to 26 months ## 8. Your rights You can ask AI DigitalGen at any time to: - Tell you what personal data it holds about you - Correct anything inaccurate - Delete your data, where no legal obligation requires it to be kept - Export your data in a portable format - Stop sending you marketing messages - Withdraw consent you previously gave Email [sales@aidigitalgen.in](mailto:sales@aidigitalgen.in) from the address on your account. The Company responds within 30 days and does not charge for these requests. If you are a customer of a business that uses Groze, that business controls your data and AI DigitalGen processes it on their behalf. Contact them first; the Company will assist them in responding to you. ## 9. Cookies This site uses cookies and similar storage to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and measure traffic and advertising as described in section 5. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the site still works, but you may have to log in more often. ## 10. Security, and what happens if something goes wrong Passwords are stored encrypted, connections use HTTPS, and dashboard access is restricted to the account holder and any team logins they create. No system is perfectly secure and AI DigitalGen will not pretend otherwise — but in the event of a breach affecting your personal data, the Company will notify affected users and the relevant authority without undue delay. ## 11. Changes to this policy AI DigitalGen may update this policy as the service or the law changes. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes are communicated to account holders by email. ## 12. Governing law This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Namakkal, Tamil Nadu, India.
