This policy sets out exactly how to cancel, what is refundable, and how long a refund takes. ## 1. The short version - The Free plan is free forever, with no card required — nothing to refund because nothing is ever charged unless you choose to upgrade. - No lock-in contract. Cancel any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. - Subscriptions: full refund if you cancel within 7 days of a charge and have not substantially used the service in that period. - Revenue Engine partners: cancel any time; the unused portion of the fee is refunded within 1 working day. - Refunds return to the original payment method. No cash or alternative-account refunds. ## 2. Free plan Every new account starts on the **Free plan**, permanently — not a time-limited trial. It is capped at 20 leads and a 20-message email inbox, with WhatsApp automation and campaigns available only on a paid plan. No payment details are required to create a Free plan account, and nothing is ever charged — billing begins only if you actively choose to upgrade to a paid plan. ## 3. Cancelling a subscription Email [sales@aidigitalgen.in](mailto:sales@aidigitalgen.in) from your account address, or message the WhatsApp number at the top of this page. There is no cancellation form, no retention call and no notice period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. You keep full access until then, and you can export your leads at any point before the account closes. ## 4. Subscription refunds If you cancel **within 7 days** of a monthly charge and have not made substantial use of the service during that period, AI DigitalGen refunds that month in full. After 7 days, the current month is not refunded, because the service has been provided for that period. Your subscription simply does not renew, and you retain access until the month ends. If something has genuinely gone wrong — the service was unavailable, or it did not do what was described — contact AI DigitalGen. These cases are handled on their merits rather than by reference to the window above. ## 5. Revenue Engine partners Revenue Engine engagements have no lock-in contract and no notice period. You can cancel at any time by email or WhatsApp. On cancellation, AI DigitalGen refunds the unused portion of the fee for the current period **within 1 working day**. Everything built for you — your website, ad accounts, business pages, analytics, tracking and every lead in your dashboard — remains yours. Advertising spend already paid to Meta, Google or another platform cannot be refunded by AI DigitalGen, as those funds go directly to the platform and are consumed when the ads run. ## 6. Project work — websites, apps and custom software Project engagements are quoted and scheduled individually, and are typically billed in milestones agreed in writing before work starts. - Cancel before work begins — full refund of anything paid. - Cancel during the project — completed and delivered milestones are billable; anything paid for work not yet started is refunded. - After final delivery and acceptance, the project fee is not refundable. Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf — domains, hosting, paid plugins, licences — are not refundable, since they are paid to those providers. ## 7. How refunds are paid Refunds are issued to the original payment method through **Razorpay**, the payment gateway that processed the charge. AI DigitalGen does not refund to a different card, account or by cash. Once AI DigitalGen initiates a refund, Razorpay and your bank typically credit it within **5 to 7 working days**. That final leg is controlled by your bank, not by AI DigitalGen. You receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated. ## 8. How to request a refund Email [sales@aidigitalgen.in](mailto:sales@aidigitalgen.in) with: - The email address or licence key on the account - The date and amount of the charge - A short note on why — helpful for improving the service, but not a condition of the refund AI DigitalGen acknowledges every request within **1 working day** and confirms the outcome within **3 working days**. ## 9. Chargebacks If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact AI DigitalGen first — it is almost always faster than a bank dispute. Raising a chargeback without contacting AI DigitalGen may result in the account being suspended while the dispute is investigated. ## 10.
