By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or engaging AI DigitalGen for services, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service. ## 1. What is provided AI DigitalGen provides two things: - **Groze** — a subscription software platform for capturing, scoring and following up on customer enquiries, delivered over the internet. - **Services** — website and application development, SEO, advertising management and related marketing work, delivered under a separate written scope agreed with you before work begins. ## 2. Accounts You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell AI DigitalGen promptly at [sales@aidigitalgen.in](mailto:sales@aidigitalgen.in) if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. You must be 18 or older and authorised to enter this agreement on behalf of the business you represent. ## 3. Free plan New accounts start on the **Free plan**, permanently — not a time-limited trial. It is capped at 20 leads and a 20-message email inbox, with WhatsApp automation and campaigns available only on a paid plan. No payment details are required to create a Free plan account, and **no charge is ever made** unless you actively choose to upgrade to a paid plan. ## 4. Pricing, billing and taxes - The Business plan is $10 per month. - The Agency plan is $15 per month. - White-label and Revenue Engine engagements are quoted individually in writing. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required. Current pricing is always on the [pricing page](https://aidigitalgen.in/pricing), and AI DigitalGen will give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price of an existing subscription. Advertising budgets are separate. Where AI DigitalGen manages campaigns, you pay Meta, Google or the relevant platform directly for media spend; AI DigitalGen's fee covers the work, not the ad budget. ## 5. How the service is delivered Groze is a digital service delivered online. On subscribing, access is normally provisioned **within 24 hours**, and in most cases the same day — setup is performed by AI DigitalGen's team at no additional cost. There is no physical shipment, so no delivery charges apply. Service work (websites, campaigns, development) is delivered to the timeline agreed in your written scope before the engagement starts. ## 6. Cancellation and refunds You can cancel at any time. Refund terms are set out in full in the [Refund & Cancellation Policy](https://aidigitalgen.in/refund-policy), which forms part of these terms. ## 7. Acceptable use You agree not to use the service to: - Send unsolicited bulk messages, or contact people who have not consented to hear from you - Break any applicable law, including data protection and telecom regulations - Upload malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other accounts - Resell or white-label the platform except under an Agency or White-Label plan - Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights AI DigitalGen may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section, with notice where it is reasonable to give it. ## 8. Your data and your content The leads, customer records and content you put into the platform remain yours. AI DigitalGenclaims no ownership over them and processes them only to run the service, as described in the [Privacy Policy](https://aidigitalgen.in/privacy). You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and store the personal data of the people whose details you enter. The platform itself — its software, design and branding — remains the property of AI DigitalGen. ## 9. Availability AI DigitalGen works to keep the service running continuously but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is notified in advance where practical. Outages caused by third-party infrastructure, network failures or events outside AI DigitalGen's reasonable control are not within its control to prevent. ## 10. No guarantee of business results AI DigitalGen does not guarantee any specific number of leads, level of sales or revenue outcome. Where a revenue figure appears anywhere on this website, it is described as a target the work is planned around — not a promise. Results depend on your market, your pricing, your capacity and how quickly work is executed together. ## 11. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, AI DigitalGen's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to AI DigitalGen in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. AI DigitalGen is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business or lost data, except where such exclusion is not permitted by law. ## 12. Termination You may close your account at any time. AI DigitalGen may terminate this agreement for a material breach of these terms, or if required by law. On termination you may export your data; after 90 days it is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. ## 13. Changes to these terms AI DigitalGen may update these terms. Material changes are notified to account holders by email at least 30 days before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance. ## 14. Governing law and disputes These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Namakkal, Tamil Nadu, India.
